Each client has a dedicated client folder to upload images, video and audio files and will have a client area to provide feedback to VA Magician and keep in touch with each other.

Discuss goals for your socials

What goals are you looking for from your social media? More followers? Visibility? Website visits? Leads? Conversions? Let's make sure we know the what's and how's to hit those SMART goals.

Provide brand guidelines

To make sure your social channels continue to sound like you and your business, you will need to provide your brand guidelines. These should include; fonts, colours, logos, the tone and style of your voice and any words you always use (and words we should never use in your content).

Provide raw content & feedback

To make sure we continue to be aligned, providing regular images and videos for use to create your content from is key. We also need to have clear communication and regular feedback from you about what is created.

Agree on days/times and frequency of posts

Before starting work we will have a discussion and confirm how many posts you will be expecting, posting patterns and your social media strategy so that we can track how things are performing.

Securely share access

Sending passwords by email is NOT secure, so I use platforms like LastPass and Proton Pass to make sure your login information is kept secure.

How do I get started?

While I specialise in helping those within the wedding industry and those with neurospicy brains, I’m open to working with small business owners from all walks of life.

How do we communicate and collaborate?

For me communication is key!

I’m happy to communicate via emails and/or WhatsApp (I also love a voice note so please let me know if you’d like me NOT to send them).

Video calls are currently via Google Meet and I use a tool called Fathom to record and transcribe our conversations so that nothing is missed.

My office hours are Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm
