1. The Discovery Spell (aka a free call)
This isn't your average awkward video call chat! Think of it as a low-pressure potion brewing session to see if we're a good fit. We'll have a relaxed natter where I get to know you and your business. We'll discuss your current systems (or lack thereof - no shame here!), the tools you're using, and the tasks that are draining your energy. You'll end the call with more clarity and zero sales pressure.

2. The Magical Agreement
If we both feel the magic, I'll send over a bespoke proposal tailored to your needs complete with pricing, package info, and next steps. You'll also receive a contract (no gobbledegook) so everything's crystal clear. Expect a touch of sparkle, but no tricks or hidden clauses.

3. The Enchanted Onboarding
Once you've waved your wand (or, you know, signed the contract), it's time to get organised! I'll set you up with your own client portal, ask for the things I need, and get the tools in place to start supporting you properly.
